At Karyodaya Careers, we strive to provide the best possible guidance and support for students seeking admission through various entrance exams across India. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, keeping both our efforts and the student's needs in mind.

1. Full Refund Eligibility
If a student wishes to cancel the purchased counseling package within 3 days of the date of purchase, they will be eligible for a 100% refund of the fees paid.

The cancellation request must be made on our website in your profile section or contact us via email to reach.karyodayacareers@gmail.com within the 3-day window.

Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days to the original mode of payment.

2. Partial Refund Eligibility (Post 3 Days)
If a student decides to cancel their counseling package after 3 days but before the completion of the counseling process, they may be eligible for a 50% refund.

This is subject to a case-by-case review based on the stage of service provided.

Students must email their refund request to reach.karyodayacareers@gmail.com with relevant details and reasoning.

The final decision will be at the discretion of Karyodaya Careers, based on the counseling progress and resources utilized.

3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be processed once the counseling process is successfully completed.

No refund will be entertained in cases of no-show, lack of cooperation, or failure to provide necessary documents or information.

4. Mode of Refund
All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or any other method mutually agreed upon.
