1. Finalization of Preferences: Once a student has received complete guidance regarding colleges, branches, and other relevant factors, they must finalize their area of interest and preferences. A one-time change in preferences is allowed if the student wishes to reconsider their choices. However, any further modifications will not be entertained.
2. Communication & Call Timings: Dedicated time slots will be provided for calls and counseling sessions. Students must adhere to the specified schedule. Emergency support will be provided at critical situations only. Chat and whatsapp support is available kindly be patient to get your doubts solved. Office timings: Mon to Sat 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday and Holidays 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
3. Responsibility for Decisions: Students are expected to follow the guidance and instructions provided during the counseling process. If a student disregards our recommendations and independently makes decisions that result in unfavorable outcomes, the responsibility will solely rest with the student. We do not accept liability for any losses due to deviations from our advice, and no disputes or blame games will be entertained.
